PLANNED GIVING

MAKE A PLAN TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

What is Planned Giving?

Planned Giving is about creating opportunities to help you give charitably in a way that is meaningful to you. What may surprise you is that in giving, you can actually improve your financial situation and receive significant tax savings. After years of helping people plan their giving, we’ve learned that as they gain more confidence in their financial situation, they’re able to live more charitably.

WHAT TO GIVE

Knowing what to give is an important first step. Often, people don’t realize the options they have for giving, and assume they don’t have the means to be charitable. Our goal is to help Catholics be charitable while still providing for the financial needs of their families.

HOW TO GIVE

The Foundation strives to help people learn how to make an impactful gift that also meets their individual financial goals. Planned giving can provide so much more than philanthropic fulfillment for donors.

WHO CAN GIVE

You don’t have to be wealthy, or at a certain stage of life to make a difference. We help Catholic of all ages and income levels put their gifts to work helping others.

WHY MAKE A CHARITABLE GIFT?

Most Catholics give not only because the Church asks us to, but because we care about Catholic values and believe in stewardship to demonstrate our love of Christ and one another. The Catholic Foundation is an excellent resource to anyone who wishes to pass on their Faith and experience the joy of giving. The Catholic Foundation is committed to Catholic moral and social values and will not make distributions or grants to charities that are not consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
