Grain Gift

To make a gift of grain, please fill out this form. Then contact your grain elevator to transfer or deliver the grain to The Catholic Foundation of Southern Nebraska account. If the elevator you are using does not have an account for the Foundation, please call our office at (402) 488-2142 and we will establish one.

Once we receive your completed form, we will contact the elevator to sell the grain immediately. All proceeds will benefit the funds and/or organizations you specify here.
